Breast examination a way of detecting breast cancer early. The breast discomfort is due to the effects of homones and tends to be relieved when menstruation starts. Quite a few numbers of women have more severe discomfort or breast pain in the premenstrual one or two weeks or the pain may persist for three or more weeks.

There is belief that as people grow old their mental capacity diminishes. This is true for a few old people, particularly of they develop Alzheimer’s disease, or if they are alcoholic or have a chronic unless, such as arteriosclerosis or high blood pressure.

We all need some help at different points in our lives. Working with adults or couples in therapy is not always complex, in fact it's often quite practical. I work with couples on their communication skills, setting boundaries, asking for what they want before it is a crisis, and making choices that support their relationship rather than undermining it.
