On January 24 we've received email from hosting company regarding account bandwidth over-using. Site has been suspended same moment,  together with their statement that 'we will activate your account as soon as payment is recieved.' Payment has been made within 8 hours, but even after 96 hours site wasn't unsuspended yet. So we've got no other choice than find another hosting company and restore site from backup copy. Sorry all authors, whose accounts and articles couldn't be restored.
